Blepharoplasty can rejuvenate puffy, sagging or tired-looking eyes by removing excess fat, skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids. It may be performed for cosmetic reasons or to improve sight by lifting droopy eyelids out of the patient’s field of vision. Blepharoplasty can be combined with BOTOX® treatments to raise the eyebrows or reduce the appearance of wrinkles, crow’s feet or dark circles under the eyes.

Patient
The most amazing dr with the biggest heart. He saved my father’s leg in a serious operation 18 years ago and I have been a patient of his since. Pretty easy to get an appointment and never a long wait. Office staff are kind and go out of their way to help. I have never ever rated any doctor before but everyone needs a Dr. lloyd Gayle in their life!
Patient
Ideal candidates for a facelift are unhappy with the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin on their face and/or neck. The best candidates do not smoke and have realistic expectations of the procedure.
Initial bruising and swelling may obstruct the appearance of results
initially. As these common side effects gradually subside, your
final
results will become visible. By six weeks, most patients present
refreshed, smoother eyes. After a few months, the healing process is
typically complete.
Blepharoplasty can’t stop your eyes from aging, but the results of
this
procedure are generally long-lasting. Upper eyelid surgery can last
anywhere from 5 years to a lifetime.
During the initial recovery period, you may experience minimal pain,
redness, swelling, bruising, temporary light sensitivity, blurred
vision, or a feeling of tightness, but these symptoms are common and
subside quickly. Resting the eyes with naps and avoiding drying
activities (like reading, watching TV, or browsing on your phone,
laptop, or tablet) can provide ease and relaxation.
After about 10 to 14 days, most patients are comfortable going out
in
public and returning to work.
